Description

_{The second of five random sketches. This one is for ~usagi-ninja, who requested Echo in the outfit Oz got her during the festival. I took a few liberties with the outfit, since I like drawing necks and collarbones, but I hope it's still all right! I really enjoyed drawing it. I did some selective coloring and highlighting over the image.}
